Work Clothing Brands You NEED to know

Work clothing brands are plentiful on the internet, but I just came across these first 2 brands brands by accident.

And both of them are the Holy Grail of impossible items to find!!

Seriously! I have tons of retailers for my 1:1 and Instant Style Clients, but I got so excited about finding these that I ditched my original blog plan and had to share these with you.

Whether you dress up for work or you’re looking for some easy business casual pieces to get you through the spring and summer, you’ll find what you need with these work clothing brands.

Work Clothing Brand #1

Argent

Oh.My.Gosh! I’ve been on the hunt for blazers with inside pockets for a client for the longest time, and Argent’s blazers are everything you could want.

Besides the pockets and other features I’ll get to in a minute, one of the main things I love about these blazers are how timeless. The simple style will also flatter a variety of body sizes and shapes. And there are great colors to choose from, both neutral and fashion colors.

They’re plenty stylish and versatile, but they’re not going out of style any time soon!

Here are the really insanely cool features of this blazer:

  • A pocket on the inside for your phone, another for you glasses, key card, etc. Pockets on the exterior, too…*
  • Pockets for pens or other skinny items, like lipstick!
  • “Smart Cuffs” scrunch your sleeves and they magically stay in place.
  • Beautiful, lightweight, Italian Wool is naturally temperature regulating and odor and wrinkle resistant.

*Please don’t load up ALL your pockets!

There are other items available from this super cool, workwear brand, too! I’m loving the magenta suit!

Next, for something completely different, the second brand is more colorful and casual.

Work Clothing Brand #2

Lesley Evers

So to be completely transparent with you…I found this brand from a Facebook ad!

The first thing I fell in love with in the Lesley Evers line was the colorful, poplin skirt. Skirts like this are virtually impossible to find.

Psst…almost everything in this line comes in multiple colors.

Here are the other items I love:

The Britt blazer…stretchy and comfy!

The Jackie Wrap Dress…wrap dresses are comfy and flattering. And this one is a fraction of what you’d pay for an original

The Valerie Silky top…I’ve been trying to replace an ivory wrap top for years! This one even appears short enough to wear with a skirt.

The next 2 brands aren’t completely new to me, but they’re great workwear brands I and my clients have tried.

Just click each item photo to shop.  I make a small commission from your purchase at no additional cost to you. Let me know if I can assist you with a purchase. Thanks for your support!

Work Clothing Brand #3

MM LaFleur

MM LaFleur is a quality brand that’s been around several years. It really caught my attention the other day I found a few really cool pieces in a client’s closet recently.

I know lots of professional women are dressing a lot more casually these days, since casual clothes are usually more comfortable.

Except that’s not really the case with this line. These polished pieces are made from a great stretch fabric.

The jacket is unlined, so it’s light. And there are several great colors to choose from.

And the pants have an elastic waist! (And you can’t see the elastic.)

These MM LaFleur pieces would be amazing if you travel for work. You can mix and match and the fabric appears to be wrinkle free.

Feeling a bit like a salesman here, but the long and short of it is when you want to look professional and feel comfortable…it’s possible.

Work Clothing Brand #4

Boden

Boden is another brand that’s not new but has been great for my clients. I love that they carry easy to wear silhouettes, so there’s something for every body shape! You’ll find petites and tall sizes along with missy in almost every style.

The vibe is pretty classic, even preppy; and you’ll find lots of fun colors and prints for the summer months ahead.

Here are a couple of pieces I’m loving…

This tie waist, jersey dress is cool, comfortable and flattering. It would dress up easily with a jacket and heels.

If you have trouble finding knits that aren’t too sheer, I totally recommend this top…no camisole needed! (A client will vouch for it too!)
